Our next Beachmere Community Market Stall is on Saturday 6th April… These markets are held at the Beachmere Men’s Shed on the first Saturday of each month so we hope you will come along and support us and all of the other groups involved, and grab a bargain!
Our next get-together is on Sunday 28th April for Arvo in the Garden 3pm til 5pm. All welcome!
The garden is now open every Wednesday from 8am til 4pm so come for a wander.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Neighbour Day on Saturday 18th June 2022. This event was sponsored by Moreton Bay Regional Council and gave us and reps from many community groups around the area a chance to meet each other, learn and share ideas. The main topic of discussion was ‘Inclusion’. More information about inclusion can be found in our newsletters . If you have any ideas about inclusion that you would like to share, please contact us!
We were delighted that Ms. Ali King MP was able to accept our invitation to attend the event and we had an opportunity to thank her for her generous gift of a large garden trolley. This will be so useful in our garden.
JUNE 2021
Members met with Cr. Mark Booth on site as we received the fantastic news that a lease has been granted to Beachmere Community Garden Inc. by Moreton Bay Regional Council for a 299m2 block of land at 10 Biggs Ave.
David, Steve, Yvonne and Jude happily receive the good news from Cr. Booth. The garden equipment has been purchased with funds from a Discretionary Fund grant from Cr. Booth and the wicking beds are being constructed with funds from a MBRC Community Support grant and the assistance of Beachmere Men’s Shed.
Beachmere Community Garden Inc. conducted a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle on Sunday 6th June at Bunnings Morayfield . This event was a great success thanks to the efforts and donations of members, the support of Bunnings and the shoppers who came along and bought sausages.

Beachmere Community Garden Inc. hosted a stall at the Beachmere Festival in the Park on 15th May 2021.
The winning Raffle tickets were drawn and the winners have been advised.
